Rimo Tours is a licensed Egyptian tourism company providing Egypt entry support services for Indian travelers. Our services are designed to assist travelers in navigating the entry requirements, documentation, and airport process involved in traveling to Egypt.

We operate as part of the Rimo Group and hold an authorization as an Authorized Tourist Agent recognized by the Egyptian tourism authority for the purposes of issuing the Letter of Guarantee and coordinating airport Meet & Assist services.

4. Eligibility and booking basis

Availability of services depends on your nationality, passport type, travel details, arrival airport, visa route, and selected package. Rimo Tours reserves the right to review each case individually before confirming service.

6. No guarantee of visa approval, boarding, or entry

Important notice

Rimo Tours provides support and coordination services. We do not guarantee visa approval, airline boarding approval, immigration clearance, or entry into Egypt. These decisions are made solely by airlines, immigration authorities, and government bodies — all of which operate outside our control.

Our Letter of Guarantee and airport coordination services are designed to assist your entry process and meet the requirements of the Egypt eVisa portal. However, the final decision on boarding and entry rests with the relevant airline and Egyptian immigration authority at the time of your travel.

We strongly encourage all travelers to contact us before making any booking so we can confirm which entry route and package applies to your specific travel situation.

7. Letter of Guarantee and airport support conditions

The Letter of Guarantee is a formal document issued by Rimo Tours as an Authorized Tourist Agent. It is typically required as part of the Egypt eVisa application process for Indian passport holders. The letter alone does not guarantee entry — it is one component of a broader entry support arrangement.

Depending on your case and travel route, airport Meet & Assist coordination may also be required alongside the Letter of Guarantee. Our team will advise you on what is needed based on your specific case details.
All services — including the Letter of Guarantee and airport coordination — must be arranged before your travel. We are unable to provide Letter of Guarantee services after departure or provide airport support for travelers who have not completed the booking process in advance.

8. Payments and booking confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when all of the following conditions are met:

Submission of payment alone does not guarantee service. Rimo Tours reserves the right to review each case before accepting it. If a case cannot be serviced after payment, we will advise you accordingly and discuss the appropriate resolution.

9. Cancellations, changes, and rescheduling

Cancellations, date changes, no-shows, and rescheduling requests may affect your eligibility for a refund or the reuse of your booked service, depending on the stage of your case and the work already completed by our team.
