What is the difference between Bronze and All-Inclusive?
Both packages include the same entry support foundation: Letter of Guarantee, pre-arrival coordination, airport Meet & Assist, and airline documentation support. The difference is who handles the visa step. With Bronze, you manage the Egypt eVisa application or visa-on-arrival process yourself. With All-Inclusive, Rimo Tours handles the visa application or route preparation for you in addition to the full entry support.

Yes. The Letter of Guarantee is included in both the Bronze and All-Inclusive packages. It is issued officially by Rimo Tours as a licensed Egyptian tourism company. Bronze is not a document-only service — it includes the full entry support foundation.

Yes. Airport Meet & Assist is included in both packages. A Rimo Tours representative will be physically present at your arrival airport on your arrival date. The Letter of Guarantee and airport Meet & Assist work together and are both required — one cannot substitute for the other.

Yes. If you qualify for visa on arrival in Egypt — for example because you hold a valid GCC residency or a qualifying visa from the United Kingdom, United States, Schengen area, Canada, or Australia — you can book the Bronze package. Rimo Tours will issue the Letter of Guarantee and provide airport Meet & Assist. Qualifying for visa on arrival does not remove the requirement for these services.

Yes. With Bronze, you apply for the Egypt eVisa through the official portal yourself. During that application you will be asked for the name of your authorized tourist agent in Egypt — enter Rimo Tours. We then issue the Letter of Guarantee and provide the remaining entry support. The eVisa application itself stays in your hands.

Yes. The official Letter of Guarantee from Rimo Tours is included in both the Bronze and All-Inclusive packages. It is a core requirement for Indian travelers visiting Egypt, and both packages include its official issuance as part of the entry support foundation.

For Bronze, we will advise whether we can accommodate your timeline. We recommend booking at least 5–7 days before departure when possible.
